Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

In general, squishies may exhibit minor manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Air bubbles in the material.

• Slightly skewed printing on designs.

• Slight color differences compared to product images.

• Wrinkles in the texture or finish.

These are normal variations that do not affect the functionality or overall enjoyment of the product. As such, items with these characteristics will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Eligible Return and Refund Situations

We accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

• The product is damaged or defective in a way that is not listed under the minor imperfections above.

• You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity.

  • If you receive the wrong product, please ensure that all packaging and items are kept in their original condition. We will bear the cost of exchanging it for the correct product.

• The product is missing significant components (e.g., accessories that were advertised as part of the purchase).

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Description and images of the issue.

• Once approved, return the product in its original packaging (if applicable).

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the product does not meet the criteria outlined above.
